M. Scott Ash has nearly two decades of legal experience representing injured and disabled people and is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Oklahoma.

After finishing law school at the University Of Denver College Of Law in 1989 Scott immediately embarked on his practice of plaintiff’s personal injury law in Denver, Colorado, and concentrated mainly in the areas of workers’ compensation and social security disability both from a claimant’s perspective. In 1994 he moved his family and his practice to Tulsa, Oklahoma and shortly thereafter THE ASH LAW FIRM was born. Still carrying an active license to practice law in the state of Colorado, Scott is readily available to offer advice and counsel to anyone affected by a legal dispute involving Colorado law. At this time Scott is heavily involved in representing his clients before the workers’ compensation court and at social security disability hearings and in fact has successfully handled several thousand cases of each type. In fact, Scott was writing orders on workers’ compensation cases even before he graduated from law school. Concerning his social security practice, Scott has a special interest in both childhood disability and mental impairment cases. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma August 15, 1963 Scott is married to Monica and has three boys: Ian, Austin and Jacob.

Scott graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Business Administration in 1986 achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in economics. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Tulsa College Of Law in 1989. While a law student at Tulsa University Scott also attended and studied at Queen’s College, Oxford, England. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the NationalOrganization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and finally Lawyers for Working Oklahomans (LWO).

Scott is admitted to and has in fact practiced before the Oklahoma Bar, the Colorado Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma as well as the District of Colorado. He is also admitted to and has practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Court of Federal Claims.

Robert V. Seacat*

Robert V. Seacat has experience practicing law in Oklahoma for nearly two decades aggressively representing clients in both State and Federal Court.  Robert Has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of accident and injury law, criminal charges, divorce and custody and medical malpractice claims.  Robert’s experience representing everyday Oklahomans in their injury claims has allowed him to develop a valuable awareness of how insurance companies and their adjusters operate.  Robert’s experience has produced maximum compensation to thousands of Oklahomans and their families.

Robert is a graduate of Broken Arrow High School, the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tulsa College of Law.  Robert and His wife Kathy, have three children, Taylor, Brandon and Blake.  Having spent his entire legal career representing his fellow Oklahomans primarily in Tulsa, Okmulgee, Creek, Muskogee, McIntosh and Rogers Counties, Robert is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Okmulgee County Bar Association.  Robert is licensed to practice law in all counties of Oklahoma, as well as Oklahoma’s Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts.

Several of Robert’s cases have been reported on by both local and national media, including the case of Dawanna Robertson, et al. v. The University of Oklahoma and J. Michael McGee, M.D., in which Robert obtained compensation for thirteen patients injured during a clinical trial of a melanoma vaccine.  This case was featured on the cover of Time Magazine, and reported on by The Washington Post, 60 Minutes, Good Morning America and numerous other national and local media outlets.  For additional information about this case, google Robert V. Robert is an aggressive, experienced trial attorney whose expertise has benefited not only injured Oklahomans, but those charged with both misdemeanor and felony crimes.  Robert has obtained acquittals at trial and dismissals before trial, in both State and Municipal courts, and works tirelessly to ensure that his client’s constitutional rights are protected.

Client’s of Robert Seacat have also benefited from his experience in divorce and child custody law.  Robert has represented both Petitioner’s and Respondent’s in divorce actions, motions to modify child custody, motions to modify child support, child support enforcement actions, and paternity cases.
